For A Fraction Of The Cost Of CNC
The Supertec DW-618CXII Slicer surface grinder has become a popular grinder in the electronics and other industries where repetitive slice grinding of non ferrous material such as manmade quartz, emerald, ruby and ceramics is required. Combined with the hydraulic creep feed option the control's capabilities allows the operator to program continuous creepfeed grinds thru the material moving over a predetermined amount after each slice thru the material. With the latest version of the Mitsubishi CII (PLC) control the operator can choose between step-down grinding, slicing, or criss-cross surface grinding.
